- Define and implement an end-to-end AI-driven QA strategy covering functional, non-functional, performance, security, and data validation testing.
- Design and maintain intelligent, self-healing automation frameworks for UI, API, database, and microservices testing.
- Leverage AI for automated test case generation, optimization, and high-risk test prioritization.
- Execute automated functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using an automation-first approach.
- Validate REST APIs using Postman, RestAssured, and AI-enhanced automated frameworks with schema validation and anomaly detection.
- Perform advanced database validation (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) using automated reconciliation and AI-based anomaly detection.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) with intelligent failure analysis.
- Implement predictive defect analytics to identify high-risk modules before release.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for log analysis, root cause identification, test failure clustering, and production issue pattern recognition.
- Apply AI-driven risk-based testing models to identify production risks and enforce preventive quality gates.
- Collaborate in sprint planning, grooming, and release cycles, providing data-driven quality metrics and predictive release insights.
- Mentor junior QA engineers on automation-first practices, AI-assisted testing techniques, framework design, and data-driven quality engineering standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
