Job Responsibility
At Indira Securities Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for result-driven sales leaders who can drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and expand our retail & HNI client base.
Key Responsibilities
Own branch revenue targets across broking & distribution products
Drive month-on-month growth in brokerage, turnover & ancillary income
Acquire new Retail & HNI clients through referrals, networking & market activity
Promote Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Commodities, MTF, Mutual Funds, IPOs & Insurance
Lead, mentor & monitor RM/Sales teams with daily tracking & reviews
Analyze MIS, pipeline & productivity metrics for proactive decision-making
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership & client acquisition skills
Proven experience in broking sales & team handling
High ownership mindset with execution focus

Qualification
A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • MBA in Finance or professional certifications like CFA/CA /CS/CWFA are highly desirable.
