Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to support our growing domestic and international business. The role involves lead generation, prospect qualification, and engaging senior decision-makers in a consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound channels- Calls, Emails, LinkedIn, Events and Inbound enquiries
Outbound lead generation will be the primary focus, along with structured follow-up on marketing-qualified leads MQLs to convert them into sales-qualified leads SQLs
Conduct product demos and solution presentations via phone or video conferencing
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Conduct international and domestic calling, primarily engaging with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
Support the sales pipeline through research, opportunity identification, and CRM updates
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and solution teams to drive business opportunities
Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reports using CRM platforms.
Required Skills Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong exposure to international andor domestic calling environments
Basic understanding of IT products, digital platforms, and technology services
Strong research, account profiling, and prospecting skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM
Banking BFSI domain experience preferred
Additional Skills Competencies
Ability to understand client pain points and position solutions in a consultative manner
Strong listening and objection-handling skills
Good email drafting and follow-up discipline for enterprise sales cycles
Ability to multitask, prioritize leads, and manage time effectively
Strong analytical mindset to interpret lead data and sales metrics
Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Adaptability to fast-changing sales strategies and market conditions
High level of professionalism while engaging senior stakeholders
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in an international language is a plus
Additional regional languages preferred, depending on the target market especially for international markets
Willingness to work in international time zones
Strong learning mindset with the hunger to take ownership and responsibility
