About the Role
Juzgo Holidays Worlde LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to hire quality candidates within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical and final interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organisation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain confidentiality of recruitment-related information.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment reporting.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy or corporate hiring is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
