We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive to manage end-to-end sales communication through email. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, replying to inquiries, following up regularly, understanding customer requirements, sharing quotations/proposals, and helping close sales through professional email communication.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in written communication, follow-ups, sales coordination, and client handling. The main focus will be on email-based sales conversion, not field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming and outgoing sales emails professionally.
- Respond to client inquiries on time with accurate information.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide the right solution.
- Send quotations, proposals, pricing details, product/service information, and follow-up emails.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients until closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, delivery, accounts, or management when required.
- Track all client communication and update sales status regularly.
- Build strong client relationships through consistent and clear communication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales/orders.
- Handle objections, clarify doubts, and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure no sales lead or client email is missed.
- Focus on closing new sales opportunities rather than only handling recurring sales.
Required Skills
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Strong email drafting and client coordination skills.

- Ability to understand client needs and respond accordingly.
- Basic knowledge of sales process, quotations, proposals, and closures.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations at the same time.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and email tools.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in email sales, inside sales, sales coordination, customer support, client servicing, or business development.
- Experience in handling client emails, follow-ups, quotations, and sales closures.
- Experience working with B2B clients will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently manage sales emails, coordinate with clients, follow up consistently, and help close deals. The person should not just reply to emails but should actively push the sales process forward until the client confirms the order.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
