Key Responsibilities:
▪ Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Coordination team for seamless execution of orders.
▪ Ensure timely processing of customer orders, order acknowledgments, and internal coordination
with production & logistics.
▪ Coordinate with the Sales Team, Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts
departments to ensure order fulfillment as per agreed timelines.
▪ Monitor and manage customer schedules, delivery commitments, and customer-specific
documentation
▪ Track sales orders, pending deliveries, and follow up on dispatch plans and logistics.
▪ Analyze order trends, delivery schedules, and suggest process improvements.
▪ Maintain regular MIS reports on order status, sales targets vs actuals, and pending dispatches.
Resolve order-related escalations or issues promptly, maintaining high customer satisfaction
▪ Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
▪ Participate in cross-functional meetings to align goals and streamline operations.
