- Develop and establish a professional in-house security organization.
- Prepare the organizational structure, staffing plan, and deployment strategy.

2. Security Operations Management
- Manage end-to-end security operations across all company locations.
- Ensure round-the-clock security coverage.
- Prepare and monitor duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections, surprise checks, and night rounds.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct of security personnel.
3. Recruitment, Training & Development
- Recruit Security Supervisors, Security Guards, Gate Security, and Quick Response Team (QRT) personnel.
- Conduct induction and periodic refresher training.
- Train personnel in:

4. Security Policies & SOP Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive Security Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review and update security procedures periodically.
- Ensure uniform implementation across all company locations.
5. Access Control & Gate Management
- Establish robust access control systems.
- Monitor employee, visitor, vendor, contractor, and vehicle entry/exit.
- Verify gate passes for material movement.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with ID card and visitor pass systems.
6. Asset Protection & Loss Prevention
- Safeguard company assets, machinery, inventory, raw materials, finished goods, confidential documents, and infrastructure.
- Prevent theft, pilferage, fraud, sabotage, and unauthorized material movement.
- Implement effective loss prevention strategies.
7. Surveillance & Electronic Security
- Oversee CCTV surveillance systems and monitoring.
- Ensure functionality of all surveillance equipment.
- Recommend and implement modern security technologies including:
- CCTV
- Access Control Systems
- Boom Barriers
- Biometric Systems
- Metal Detectors
- GPS Tracking
- Alarm Systems

8. Emergency & Crisis Management
Lead security response during:
- Fire emergencies
- Medical emergencies
- Industrial accidents

Coordinate with Fire Services, Police, Hospitals, Disaster Management Authorities, and local administration.
9. Incident Investigation
- Conduct detailed investigations into security incidents.
- Collect evidence and statements.
- Prepare investigation reports.
- Identify root causes.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with HR and Management on disciplinary proceedings.
10. Risk Assessment & Security Audits
- Conduct periodic security risk assessments.
- Identify vulnerabilities and security gaps.
- Carry out internal security audits.
- Recommend and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor compliance with audit findings.
11. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
- Private Security Agencies regulations (where applicable)

12. Fire & Safety Coordination
- Coordinate fire prevention and emergency preparedness activities.

- Coordinate with Safety Department.
13. Administration of Security Personnel
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Ensure proper uniform, grooming, and equipment.
- Maintain morale and motivation of the security team.
14. Vendor & Contractor Security Management
- Monitor contractor compliance with security protocols.
- Verify contractor credentials.
- Control contractor movement within company premises.
- Ensure safe execution of contractor work.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Diploma or Certification in Industrial Security, Security Management, Fire & Safety, Criminology, or Risk Management will be preferred.
Experience
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, textile, logistics, or corporate security.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-location security operations.
- Proven experience in establishing and managing an in-house security department.
- Experience in handling labour-intensive manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions

Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in textile, garment, spinning, weaving, dyeing, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or large industrial establishments will be preferred.
This role is intended to build and lead a self-managed, professional corporate security function, reducing dependence on outsourced security agencies while ensuring robust protection of company assets, personnel, and operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
