Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and product presentations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Travel as required for customer visits and business development.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate to Zirakpur, Punjab.
