Position: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts
Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain project-wise accounting records, budgets, and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits and provide required documentation.
- Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze financial data to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams for financial transactions and cost control.
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal controls.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and taxation.
- Experience in project accounting and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
