We are seeking a confident, results-driven Sales Specialist with excellent English communication skills to join our growing US Healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling US Healthcare services, EHR/EMR solutions, Healthcare IT, or related healthcare programs, and be capable of engaging clients professionally, managing sales conversations, and driving revenue through strong relationship management and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads in the US Healthcare market through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
Promote and sell Healthcare IT services, EHR/EMR solutions, and other healthcare-related offerings.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Conduct outbound sales outreach to healthcare providers, clinics, physician practices, and healthcare organizations.
Demonstrate the value and benefits of EHR/EMR solutions and healthcare services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and sales tracking systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on US Healthcare regulations, industry trends, and EHR technology.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in US market sales.
Experience in US Healthcare, Healthcare IT, EHR/EMR sales, Medical Software, Pharma, or IT sales is preferred.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and B2B sales.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) workflows and healthcare provider operations is highly desirable.
Comfortable working in the US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
Skills Required

Hands-on knowledge of EHR/EMR platforms and healthcare technology solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Experience
Experience with EHR/EMR platforms such as eClinicalWorks (eCW), Athenahealth, Epic, Kareo, AdvancedMD, NextGen Healthcare, or similar systems.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and US Healthcare workflows.
Experience selling Healthcare SaaS, Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), CCM, RTM, RPM, or related healthcare solutions.
