About the Role
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital solutions that meet business requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional, responsive web pages
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Optimize applications for performance, speed, scalability, and SEO
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Technical Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Perform testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Maintain website security and implement coding best practices
- Work with databases and backend services to support application functionality
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and sprint planning
- Provide technical recommendations and contribute to project planning
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development
- Experience with React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks is an advantage
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET is preferred
- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- 0–3 years of relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates with strong project experience are encouraged to apply
