We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager who can drive revenue growth, generate leads, and onboard new clients.
Job Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term relationships. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Research potential clients and decision-makers
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Pitch digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Website Development, Ads)
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Marketing Strategy
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for lead generation
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Contribute to brand positioning and digital presence
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Handle client queries and ensure satisfaction
Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as leads, conversions, and revenue
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Optimize sales and marketing strategies based on performance
Team Coordination
- Work closely with designers, marketers, and developers
- Ensure clear communication of client requirements
- Monitor project timelines and delivery
Documentation & CRM
- Prepare business proposals, contracts, and agreements
- Maintain accurate records of leads and clients
- Use CRM tools to track sales activities
Networking & Partnerships
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking meetings
- Build partnerships and collaboration opportunities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and lead generation experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing services
- Client relationship management skills
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing
