Zusa Club is looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented professional to drive brand partnerships, onboarding, and account management for fashion and lifestyle brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with e-commerce marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and D2C brands, with a strong understanding of online sales, digital merchandising, and brand growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage fashion and lifestyle brands on the Zusa Club platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple brand partners and key stakeholders.
Drive online sales growth through effective marketplace and e-commerce strategies.
Work closely with D2C brands to optimize product listings, catalog management, and online visibility.
Collaborate with brands on promotional campaigns, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Support social media engagement and content marketing efforts to enhance brand presence.
Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and marketplace metrics to recommend growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management processes.
Assist brands in managing Shopify stores, brand websites, and marketplace operations.
Develop strategic collaborations with brands to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
Required Skills & Experience
2–10 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Quick Commerce, or Fashion & Lifestyle industry.
Proven experience in brand onboarding, account management, partnerships, or category management.
Strong understanding of Fashion & Lifestyle products from an online listing, merchandising, and sales perspective.
Experience working with D2C brands and digital-first businesses.
Knowledge of online marketplaces, e-commerce operations, and quick commerce platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify, brand website management, and catalog operations.
Understanding of social media engagement, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze sales trends and performance metrics.
Preferred Background
Experience with leading fashion, lifestyle, beauty, accessories, or apparel brands.
Exposure to marketplace platforms and online retail ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in driving partnerships, collaborations, and revenue growth.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
