We are looking for a bold, proactive, and highly capable professional to independently handle Accounts, Finance, HR, and Administration functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent decision-making ability, and hands-on expertise in Tally and statutory compliance. This role requires a dependable individual who can streamline operations, ensure financial discipline, manage people processes, and support overall business administration.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally.
- Handle day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and cash flow monitoring.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and consultants for audits, banking, and compliance matters.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial controls to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making inputs.
2. HR Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with accounts.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, discipline, and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy workplace environment.
- Coordinate training, performance tracking, and manpower planning activities.
3. Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration, facility management, housekeeping, security, and vendor coordination.
- Manage office assets, AMC contracts, stationery, and general procurement.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, government departments, and service providers as required.
- Support management in implementing operational improvements and administrative controls.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, HR, and Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or service industry will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and management reports.
