Position Title: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out Projects
Experience Required:
5–8 Years
Location: Anywhere in India(Current project going on are in Ayodhya, Nashik, Pune, Mumbai, Gujarat)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Note: Only candidates who are open to relocation across India as per project/site requirements should apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects (office, retail, commercial spaces)
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and budget
- Monitor site progress and maintain quality standards
2. Planning & Coordination
- Prepare project schedules and track milestones
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors
3. Site Management
- Supervise on-site activities and workforce
- Ensure adherence to drawings and specifications
- Handle day-to-day site challenges and resolve issues
4. Cost & Budget Control
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget adherence
- Approve material usage and vendor bills
- Control wastage and optimize resources
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure timely material delivery and work execution
- Evaluate vendor performance
6. Quality & Safety
- Maintain high-quality standards in execution
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and site regulations
7. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Update management on project status
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out works
- Experience in handling multiple sites/projects
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, and execution process
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. (Civil) / Interior Design / Construction Management
Preferred Experience
- Experience in corporate office interiors (IT, Banking, Commercial spaces)
- Handling projects ranging from ₹1 Cr to ₹10 Cr+
Important Note
Candidates must be flexible to relocate anywhere in India based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
