Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – HCC Medical Coder to lead and manage a team of coders while ensuring high-quality coding standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HCC medical coders
- Ensure accurate HCC coding as per CMS guidelines
- Review and audit coded charts for quality and compliance
- Conduct training sessions and performance feedback discussions
- Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams to achieve targets
- Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and process improvements
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, HCC Guidelines, RAF Scoring, and Risk Adjustment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in medical coding audits and quality checks
- Ability to handle team targets and performance management
- Experience with EMR/Encoder tools is an added advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
