Job Summary
Core Institute Technologys is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduates who passed out between 2025 - 2026 to join our training team as Faculty. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about teaching, learning new technologies, and mentoring students in industry-oriented engineering courses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for students in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering subjects.
- Assist in conducting practical and software-based training programs.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Support students in project work, portfolio development, and career guidance.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and engineering technologies.
- Participate in academic planning and institute activities.
Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred SkillsMechanical Candidates
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of MEP concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and project documentation.
Electrical Candidates
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and design concepts.
- Understanding of electrical drafting and project documentation.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Work Schedule
Monday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
