Job Profile
- Real Estate candidates are preferred. Should have hands on experience in Customer communication and all post sales activities.
- Addressing customers queries related to legal documentation & Sale deed drafts. Should be
clear on Payment Structure & final reconciliation statement with accounts team.
- Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from SAP on registrations
scheduled/completed and various other reports on need basis.
- Interact with customers and make follow up calls in order to push customer for registration.
- To have clear understanding on the documents required for registration (Katha, EC, K2 Challan & sale deed)
- Follow up with Banks & Customers for the final disbursement.
- Constant follow up emails for those customers who are delaying to complete the payment/registration process.
- Proper coordination with team members & external office for smooth process to complete
the registrations.
- Co-ordinating with Accounts team to update records and financial transactions.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparing Registration statements.
- Addressing audit queries post registration.

- Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry.
- Knowledge of Documentation Standards & Clauses.
- Knowledge of real estate related taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Management experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
