Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Field Project Manager to manage Electrical, CCTV, ELV, Audio-Visual, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting projects across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site execution experience and be capable of managing projects from survey to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution from site survey to final handover.
- Read and interpret BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with JE, AE, Executive Engineers, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Supervise technicians, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Plan manpower, materials, and project schedules.
- Ensure quality installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
- Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and billing support documents.
- Handle urgent site purchases and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure safety compliance and timely project completion.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil, or Fire & Safety.
- 4–8 years of experience in Electrical/ELV/CCTV project execution.
- Strong understanding of CCTV, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Networking, or Audio-Visual systems.
- Ability to read BOQ, AutoCAD drawings, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
