About the Role:
Orsentra LTD. is looking for experienced and confident Spanish-speaking Job Callers to communicate directly with companies and potential clients across Latin America.
This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build relationships with Spanish-speaking businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Spanish-speaking companies
- Introduce company services and discuss potential collaboration opportunities
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested companies
- Maintain clear communication records and updates
- Coordinate with the internal recruitment/business development team
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in sales calling, recruitment calling, or business development is preferred
- Comfortable speaking professionally over phone/video calls
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international companies
- Familiarity with recruitment or outsourcing industries
Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
Pay: From ₹2,000.00 per hour
