We’re Hiring: Junior Sales Executive

Nandi Printers Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to help expand the reach of our Nandi Playing Cards brand across new markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, meeting new customers, and building distribution networks.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development
- Visit markets where our playing cards have low or no presence.
- Meet wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, and retailers dealing in playing cards.
- Identify potential distributors and business opportunities.
Recreational Club Outreach
- Visit clubs with card rooms and interact with club management.
- Understand the playing cards currently used and their purchasing patterns.
- Collect product samples and supplier details.
Market Research
- Study competitor brands, pricing, margins, and market demand.
- Collect samples of competitor products available in the market.
Sales Execution
- Present Nandi Playing Cards with product samples and price lists.
- Generate new orders and support new product launches.
- Assist in expanding the company’s distribution network.
Order & Payment Management
- Record customer orders and coordinate with the backend team for dispatch.
- Ensure delivery of goods and follow up for repeat orders.
- Follow up on payments and update the accounts team.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain market visit reports and customer data.
- Submit tour reports and travel expenses.
- Share market feedback with the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
- –3 years experience in sales / field sales / FMCG distribution
- 1Comfortable with frequent travel
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of distributor and retail markets

Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000/month based on performance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
