Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT devices
- Troubleshoot basic network and internet connectivity issues
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access-related issues
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and service support
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior IT team when required
- Ensure timely closure of IT support tickets
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding networking concepts such as IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and system configuration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, or ticketing tools is an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
