REQUIREMENTS:
*15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
*Proven experience in handling a sales Team. (Mandatory)
*Strong Knowledge of Sales Planning, Market Development and dealer Network Strategies.
*Strong Leadership & Communication Skills with the ability to lead a highly energetic team.
*Good geographical and market knowledge across Kerala & willingness to travel for market visits, events and team coordination.
*Note Looking for candidates based in Trivandrum District only.
