- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software solutions with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based development environments and integration techniques.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to design and optimize custom code for performance and scalability within enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in cloud platforms.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
