Role Overview - BDA
As a Business Development Associate at Optficial.ai, you will be the engine behind our growth, specifically focusing on the digital transformation of the education sector. We are looking for a high-energy professional who can navigate the unique ecosystems of Schools (K-12) and Junior Colleges. Your primary goal will be to identify key stakeholders—such as principals, directors, and administrators—to introduce AI-driven solutions that enhance institutional efficiency and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Institutional Outreach: Identify and map out leading Schools and Junior Colleges within target regions for potential partnerships.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Pitch Optficial.ai’s value proposition to decision-makers, including School Boards, Trust Members, and College Principals.
· Field & Digital Sales: Conduct on-site visits and virtual demonstrations to showcase how our AI tools integrate into existing academic frameworks.
· Market Research: Stay updated on the latest educational policies and technology trends affecting the K-12 and Junior College landscape.
· Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between educational institutions and our product team to ensure our AI solutions solve real-world campus challenges.
Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Any Graduate ( Degree / BTech/ MBA )
· Experience: 0–3 years in B2B sales, Institutional sales, or EdTech (Freshers with high energy are welcome!).
· Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in EdTech sales or institutional sales (selling to schools/colleges) is highly preferred.
· Relationship Management: Ability to build long-term rapport with academic leadership and administrative staff.
· Communication: Fluent in English and regional languages (to better connect with local school administrations).
· Mobility: Willingness to travel for school/college visits as required.
