We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, handle inquiries efficiently, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
