Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Generation Lead to orchestrate our 360-degree acquisition engine targeting US/Canada agency founders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B agency economics and expertise in high-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM). The ideal candidate will have proficiency with data enrichment tools such as Clay and Apollo and possess robust skills in outbound sequence architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to attract and engage agency founders in the US and Canada.
- Utilize high-touch ABM techniques to create personalized marketing campaigns and nurture client relationships.
- Leverage data enrichment tools to refine targeting and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Design and optimize outbound sequence architecture to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales goals.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in demand generation or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns and client acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
