Job description
The Field Operator supports day-to-day on-site operations by assisting in equipment handling, monitoring processes, and ensuring smooth workflow. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers looking to start a career in field operations and gain hands-on technical experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating and monitoring field equipment and machinery
Perform basic inspections and report issues to supervisors
Support routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain records of daily activities and observations
Work closely with senior operators and technicians
Help in installation and setup of equipment when required
Required Skills
Basic technical understanding (mechanical/electrical is a plus)

Qualifications

Pay: ₹10,483.69 - ₹30,049.71 per month
