Job Title: Safety Officer – Site Execution
Location: Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict implementation of safety policies, guidelines, and procedures to establish a safe workplace on the project site.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, and Risk Assessment (HIRA) for all critical site activities.
- Supervise site activities and enforce safe work practices including PTW (Permit to Work), PPE compliance, fire safety, and emergency protocols.
- Monitor site operations and ensure alignment with statutory safety requirements and client EHS norms.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks, weekly safety meetings, and regular safety induction for new workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain records of safety checklists, incident reports, near-miss registers, safety observations, and daily site safety reports.
- Coordinate with the client’s safety department and attend periodic safety audits, walkthroughs, and joint inspections.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of safety equipment like fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, barricades, signage, and safety harnesses.
- Take proactive action on unsafe practices or conditions and guide the workforce to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and submit Monthly Safety Reports, Compliance Tracker, and Safety Documentation as required or statutory authorities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Safety Officer in industrial/construction projects
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety or equivalent
- Knowledge of JSA, HIRA, Incident Investigation, PTW system, EHS standards, and applicable statutory rules.
- Proficient in maintaining EHS documentation and communication with client EHS teams.
- Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
