MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage social media promotions
- Handle Delivery app listing, photos & offers
- Plan and execute weekly offers and campaigns
- Coordinate office visits and bulk order clients
- Monitor customer reviews and respond online
- Create content ideas for social media
PURCHASE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source and manage daily raw material suppliers
- Negotiate best prices for chicken, mutton, rice, spices
- Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages
- Find new suppliers for menu expansion items
- Track purchase costs and report to owner weekly
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 1 year experience in hotel or food industry
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Basic smartphone and social media skills
- Honest, self-motivated and target-oriented
- Two wheeler preferred
