Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Executive – Process Implementation to support the implementation and monitoring of operational processes across our manufacturing units. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and be ready to travel across our six units to ensure effective process execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and standardizing operational processes across all business units.
- Travel regularly between the company's six units located in Red Hills, Egmore, and Puzhal.
- Monitor process adherence and report deviations to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with department heads and employees to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain process-related data and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and process implementation updates.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely completion of assigned action items.
- Assist in organizing process reviews, audits, and training sessions.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across company locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Must be willing to travel across the company's units in Chennai.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,721.17 - ₹22,000.00 per month
