- Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and robust software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Ensure the technical quality, reliability, and performance of the team's deliverables.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to the team, making critical design decisions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Actively contribute to the hiring process, including interviewing, onboarding, and retaining top engineering talent.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
