Job Title: CAD Engineer (Electronics & Tele communication)

Experience: 1–2 years (preferred worked in Electronics field / PCB Assembly Industry )
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development : Analyse Gerber/ODB++ data, BOMs, and assembly drawings to design precision stencil apertures
CAD Proficiency: Utilize software like CAM350, GC-Prevue, Gerb Tool , LPFK, or specifically any PCB CAM software
Technical Compliance:
1) Strong knowledge of SMT assembly processes, solder paste behavior, and component-level constraints
2) Modify apertures based on component type, pad geometry, and paste volume requirements (IPC 7525/SMT best practices).
3) Work closely with NPI, process engineering, and QA teams to ensure stencil designs are optimized for high-yield soldering
4) Perform DFM/DFA analysis and recommend design changes to improve stencil printability and SMT process efficiency.
Revisions & Documentation: Update drawings based on design changes, field measurements, and engineering feedback.
Material Take-off (BOM): Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and material estimates for manufacturing or procurement.
Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams to resolve design discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma / Degree Electronics & Tele communication Engineering.
Software Skills: Any PCB (Printer Circuit Board) Gerber / RS-274X or ODB++ file editing Software.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing methods, materials, and tolerance applications.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
