Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 L2 Engineer to support, administer, and troubleshoot M365 services for our global customer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and core identity technologies such as Azure Active Directory. This role provides L2 operational support, escalations, and service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support during USA hours and flexibility to be available during non-business hours for any outage support
- Work with OEM to handle issues and support
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including:

Exchange Online (mail flow, mailbox issues, transport rules)

Teams (meetings, collaboration, voice basics)

SharePoint Online & OneDrive (permissions, sync issues, site access)

Microsoft Forms, Planner, Power Automate (basic troubleshooting)
- Manage user provisioning, licensing, and access in Azure AD
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding processes
- Troubleshoot Outlook/Exchange connectivity, mailbox migrations, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes
- Assist users with Teams collaboration issues, channels, Teams policies, and feature administration
- Administer Conditional Access, MFA, and security policies
- Support DLP, retention labels, sensitivity labels, and encryption
- Handle security alerts related to compromised accounts, login anomalies, and phishing reports
- Manage identity lifecycle operations and Azure AD group administration
- Support Intune device enrollment, compliance policy issues, and application deployments
- Troubleshoot configuration profiles, compliance failures, and update policies
- Manage tickets, SLA adherence, and escalations from L1
- Perform tenant monitoring and service health reviews
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: MS-900, MS-102, AZ-900, SC-900
- Hybrid Exchange Environment Experience
- PowerShell scripting basics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
