Job Title: Logistics Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Logistics Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for employees in logistics and supply chain operations. This role focuses on enhancing workforce skills, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and promoting best practices in warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging logistics and supply chain training programs.
- Conduct classroom, practical, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify training needs and recommend learning and development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
- Collaborate with operations teams to support continuous improvement and employee development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, with training experience preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
