Paradise Yatra is looking for a motivated Travel Executive to handle customer inquiries, assist in tour package planning, and coordinate bookings for domestic and international travel.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable tour packages
- Prepare travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and tour partners
- Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
- Maintain booking details and customer records
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)
- Interest in travel and tourism industry
- Sales and customer handling ability
Qualification
- Graduation preferred (Any stream)
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
