Job Description:
Numbertree LLP is hiring an experienced Billing Engineer (Road & Highways) for Road & Highway Projects.
The candidate should have experience in Client Billing, Subcontractor Billing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ Preparation, Estimation, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and verification of Client & Subcontractor RA Bills.
- Quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements.
- BOQ preparation and quantity verification.
- Preparation of measurement sheets and billing documents.
- Quantity reconciliation and tracking of executed quantities.
- Rate analysis and cost estimation for road works.
- Handling extra items, deviation statements, and variation claims.
- Coordination with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Client teams.
- Preparing billing reports using MS Excel.
Software Knowledge:
- Road Estimator
- CalQuan
- MS Excel
- AutoCAD (Preferred)
