- Job responsibilities
- Quantity Surveying:
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct site measurements and reconcile quantities with contractor submissions.
- Validate material consumption and wastage calculations.
- Cost and Billing Management:
- Estimate project costs, including rates for materials and labor.
- Process interim and final payments from contractors and suppliers.
- Track and maintain financial documentation, including project progress and cash flow.
- Manage claims, variations, and change orders, assessing their financial impact.
