Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychologist / M.Phil. Psychologist to join our in-house clinical team. The ideal candidate should possess strong therapeutic skills, professional ethics, and the ability to independently manage diverse client cases while delivering high-quality psychological care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions.
- Assess clients' emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns using appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment and counselling plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and case documentation.
- Coordinate with the CRM and Operations team for smooth session scheduling and client follow-ups.
- Adhere to professional ethics and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Participate in case discussions, internal meetings, and clinical development initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in Psychology or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology / Psychology.
- Minimum 3.5+ years of counselling experience (preferred for Experienced Psychologist position).
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Ability to independently handle diverse psychological cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Tamil and Hindi (Preferred)
