About the Role:
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record of minimum 3 years in managing end-to-end sales pipelines in the B2B enterprise space. You’ll play a critical role in driving growth by owning lead generation, initiating sales conversations, nurturing prospects, and contributing to our bidding processes on government and private platforms.
This is a full-time, on-site role designed for someone who is hands-on, highly organized, and has a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics. You'll be expected to proactively source new leads, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all active leads from discovery call to closure
- Conduct disciplined follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Source new leads via LinkedIn, referral campaigns, and other organic/inorganic channels
- Actively participate in industry expos, events, and relevant networking sessions
- Travelling to prospects or existing client’s location for in-person meeting and site visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal preparation and demo scheduling
- Maintain CRM records, sales data, and reporting dashboards
Who Are You:
- Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales or sales development experience
- Prior experience in enterprise B2B sales with vast circle of trust.
- Prior experience of working with clients from Heavy Industries like Mining, Steel Plants, Power Plants, Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive, etc.
- This role requires high nature of travel and on-site engagement.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travels to remote sites for client meetings/ site visits to understand client requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales enablement tools
- Highly disciplined in managing follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Tech-savvy and able to adapt to AI tools and digital platforms quickly
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
