Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Website Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites for our company and clients.
The candidate should have experience in creating business websites, landing pages, CRM integrations, and website maintenance. The ideal person is someone who can take ownership of projects from design to deployment and continuously improve website performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Website Design & Development
- Design and develop responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Build and maintain company websites and landing pages.
- Create attractive UI/UX designs with a professional corporate look.
- Ensure websites are fast, secure, and user-friendly.
- Test websites across different browsers and devices.
2. WordPress & CMS Management
- Develop and customize WordPress websites.
- Install and configure themes and plugins.
- Update website content, images, blogs, and service pages.
- Perform website backups and version management.
- Troubleshoot website issues and bugs.
3. Landing Pages & Lead Generation
- Create high-converting landing pages for:
- Business Setup Services
- Golden Visa Services
- Trademark Registration
- Commercial Office Solutions
- Visa Processing Services
- Integrate lead forms and enquiry forms.
- Connect forms with CRM, WhatsApp, or email systems.
- Optimize pages for lead generation and conversions.
4. SEO & Performance Optimization
- Optimize websites for:
- Speed and performance
- Mobile responsiveness
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- User experience
- Implement:
- Meta titles and descriptions
- Schema markup
- Internal linking
- Image optimization
- Basic keyword optimization
5. Third-Party Integrations
- Integrate websites with:
- WhatsApp Chat
- CRM systems
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Facebook Pixel
- Email marketing tools
- Contact forms and automation tools
6. Maintenance & Technical Support
- Regularly monitor website health and performance.
- Fix bugs and technical issues.
- Ensure website security and updates.
- Take regular backups.
- Coordinate with designers, marketing team, and management.
