Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Reception Management
- Manage daily front office and reception operations.
- Greet parents, students, and visitors professionally while handling inquiries.
- Answer and route phone calls with proper etiquette.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with school management.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
Admissions & Student Services
- Coordinate the student admission process, including document collection and verification.
- Prepare admission letters, ID cards, and admission-related records.
- Provide accurate information to prospective parents regarding admissions and school programmes.
- Maintain admission databases and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate with academic departments regarding admission tests and schedules.
Communication & Documentation
- Prepare and circulate official school communications and notices.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain systematic filing and documentation.
- Create and update official letter and document templates.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to school leadership and departments.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and school programmes.
- Manage petty cash and basic financial records as assigned.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Database & Staff Management
- Maintain accurate student and staff databases with confidentiality.
- Generate reports and data for management review.
- Supervise, train, and guide front office support staff.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure professional conduct.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Diploma in Office Administration or Front Office Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles.
- Experience in educational institutions or customer-facing environments is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
