About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employer branding while working closely with HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding requirements.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Support campus hiring and internship recruitment initiatives.
- Assist in employer branding activities and social media recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Support HR team in onboarding and other HR-related activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment.
