Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Executive with experience in e-commerce logistics, import, and export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing domestic and international shipments, coordinating with courier partners, freight forwarders, customs agents, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end shipping operations for domestic and international orders.
- Coordinate e-commerce order dispatches through courier aggregators and logistics partners.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, and export/import documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for import and export shipments.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade policies, and company procedures.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery delays, customs clearance issues, and customer queries.
- Maintain accurate shipment records, shipping costs, and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouses, procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor courier and freight performance, negotiate freight rates where applicable, and optimize shipping costs.
- Process shipping labels, manifests, and courier bookings using ERP systems and shipping portals.
- Handle returns (RTO), replacements, and reverse logistics for e-commerce orders.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of shipping invoices and logistics expenses.
- Prepare logistics reports, shipment status updates, and KPI dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, import/export, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping regulations.
- Experience with courier partners, freight forwarders, and e-commerce logistics platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar).
- Good understanding of Incoterms, HS codes, and international trade compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Pay: ₹10,844.63 - ₹40,000.00 per month
