Job Summary:
The CRM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Customer Relationship Management strategies to optimize the customer lifecycle, enhance customer retention, and increase engagement. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication with customers and to gather insights, improve service delivery, and drive growth.CRM Strategy Development:
- Design and implement CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and optimize the customer lifecycle process, from acquisition to retention.
- Identify target audiences and create personalized customer journeys.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Ensure accurate data collection, segmentation, and analysis within CRM platforms.
- Track customer behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns.
- Generate insights from CRM data to inform marketing, sales, and product development.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).
- Ensure campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and continuous optimization.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Customer Retention & Engagement:
- Develop loyalty programs, rewards, and incentives to improve retention.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle escalations for key accounts.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead a team of CRM executives or specialists, providing direction and feedback.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align efforts.
- Liaise with external vendors for CRM technology or campaign support.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs like CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and churn rates.
- Present CRM performance insights to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Expertise in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and loyalty programs
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Can handle pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration
