ServiceNow HAM Pro Consultant
Experience: 5–8 Years (3–5 Years Relevant HAM Pro Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and support ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro) solutions.
- Manage and optimize the complete hardware asset lifecycle from procurement, inventory, deployment, maintenance, to retirement and disposal.
- Configure asset normalization, inventory management, stockrooms, audits, and lifecycle automation.
- Collaborate with ITAM, Procurement, Finance, and Infrastructure teams to improve asset governance and compliance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset tracking and lifecycle management.
- Integrate HAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, Procurement, and other enterprise systems.
- Support data quality, reconciliation, and asset audit activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Normalization, Inventory Management, and Asset Audits.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog.
- Knowledge of workflows, Flow Designer, reporting, and integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL and IT Asset Management best practices.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HAM (Preferred)

- Experience working in enterprise IT Asset Management environments.
