Role Overview
We are hiring a full-time, in-house Visual Content Creator & Videographer who will be responsible for shooting, editing, and managing day-to-day content for our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about photography, videography, editing, and social media, and enjoys being actively involved in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Capture high-quality videos and photos of:
- Client meetings
- Site visits and project progress
- Before/after transformations
- Office culture and behind-the-scenes
- Shoot primarily using a high-quality smartphone (provided by the company)
Editing and Post-Production
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts
- Create engaging short-form content with transitions, text overlays, music, and effects
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity
Social Media Management
- Post regular content on Instagram (posts, reels, stories)
- Manage daily story updates (site visits, meetings, etc.)
- Coordinate content calendar and ensure consistency
Creative Ideation and Research
- Research latest content trends, reels, and formats
- Bring fresh ideas and concepts for content
- Create awareness videos around interiors, design tips, and client journeys
On-Ground Involvement
- Be actively present during:
- Site visits
- Client interactions
- Office work culture moments
- Capture real, engaging, and authentic content
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for videography, photography, and editing
- Experience in creating social media content (Instagram-focused)
- Basic to intermediate skills in editing tools (mobile or software)
- A self-starter who takes ownership
- Self-motivated and proactive in execution
- Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
