Responsibilities
- Attend and resolve maintenance issues related to civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, lighting, signage, fixtures, HVAC, and interiors.
- Conduct periodic inspections of stores to identify preventive maintenance requirements.
- Maintain records of recurring issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and ensure minimal disruption to store operations.
- Visit project sites and retail stores periodically for on-site supervision.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, mall teams, and internal departments.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of site activities.
- Follow up on material procurement, deliveries, installations, and snag rectifications.
- Support store handover process and ensure readiness before launch.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular status updates to management.
- Source and identify reliable vendors, contractors, and service providers for various maintenance and project requirements.
- Obtain competitive quotations and conduct comparative analysis for approvals.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service terms with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors for efficient and priority support.
- Maintain maintenance logs, project trackers, vendor quotations, work orders, and expense records.
- Prepare site visit reports with observations, action points, and timelines.
- Monitor condition of store fixtures, fittings, lighting, furniture, and equipment.
- Coordinate repair or replacement of damaged assets.
- Ensure proper upkeep of brand display elements and store ambience.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules for stores.
- Ensure timely servicing of critical systems and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
- Experience handling retail stores or commercial interiors preferred
