Job Summary
Future Optima IT Solutions is hiring a Python Full Stack Trainer to train and mentor aspiring software developers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in Python Full Stack Development and a passion for teaching students through practical, project-based learning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training in Python Full Stack Development.
- Teach Python, Django/Flask, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js and Angular.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and live projects.
- Guide students in developing real-world applications.
- Prepare students for interviews, coding assessments, and placements.
- Track student progress and provide continuous mentoring.
- Update course content based on the latest industry trends.
- Work closely with the academic team to ensure high-quality training.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Django and/or Flask
- Django REST Framework (DRF)
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- React.js , Angular.
- MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Git & GitHub
- REST API Development
- Basic Linux and Deployment Knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in Python Full Stack Development or Training.
- Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an advantage.
- Industry project experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
