Job Purpose
To lead the Finance & Accounts department by ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, timely financial reporting, effective cash flow management, internal controls, and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work
- · Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance department.
- · Supervise the Billing, Import, Audit and Assistant Manager teams.
- · Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- · Review daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
- · Monitor customer billing, credit notes and debit notes.
- · Review debtors, creditors and ageing reports regularly.
- · Plan and monitor vendor payments and cash flow.
- · Oversee import accounting, landed costing and supplier reconciliations.
- · Ensure timely GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- · Coordinate statutory, internal and bank audits.
- · Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
- · Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliations.
- · Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
- · Drive ERP discipline and process improvements.
- · Implement internal financial controls and approval systems.
- · Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Logistics and Operations teams.
- · Train, mentor and evaluate finance team members.
- · Report key financial insights and risks to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- · CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- · 8–12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- · Minimum 4 years of team management experience.
- · Experience in manufacturing, imports and GST compliance.
- · Strong knowledge of Tally/Odoo ERP (preferred) and Advanced Excel.
- · Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
